Refund policy
REFUNDS
Refunds can only be processed after all the conditions below are met and our where our team have reviewed and deemed it satisfactory.
2.1 NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and processing has started:
- Fresh flowers and bouquets
- Cakes and edible products
- Customized gifts and personalized items
- Surprise packages already prepared or dispatched
- Balloon arrangements and installations
- Event décor and setup services
- Hotel, restaurant, or third-party reservations booked on behalf of customers
- Digital products or custom designs
- Same-day delivery orders already in processing
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
- Products altered based on customer specifications
Once preparation begins, materials, labor, logistics, and third-party commitments are already incurred; therefore cancellations or refunds may not be possible.
2.2 REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds may only be considered under the following verified situations:
- Wrong product delivered by Magik World
- Incomplete order caused by Magik World
- Damaged product caused before delivery
- Order paid for but not delivered due to internal operational failure
- Duplicate payment made by customer
- Verified failed transaction where payment was debited without successful order confirmation
All refund requests are subject to investigation and management approval.
2.3 NON-ELIGIBLE REFUND SITUATIONS
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Customer changing their mind after confirmation
- Incorrect address or phone number supplied by customer
- Recipient refusing to answer calls or receive delivery
- Failed surprise due to recipient unavailability
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, security checks, protests, curfews, or force majeure events
- Minor variations in flowers, packaging, colors, or decoration styles
- Natural characteristics of fresh flowers
- Melted or slightly altered cake appearance due to weather or transit conditions
- Customer dissatisfaction based on personal taste preference
- Delayed responses from customer affecting delivery timelines
- Incorrect information submitted during checkout
- Third-party delivery delays beyond reasonable control
2.4 ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
A. Before Processing
Orders may be cancelled before production or preparation begins. Eligible cancellations may attract administrative or payment processing charges.
B. After Processing Begins
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- Production has started
- Packaging has begun
- Dispatch rider has been assigned
- Floral arrangements have been made
- Cakes or customized items are in preparation
- Third-party bookings have been confirmed
C. Same-Day & Urgent Orders
Urgent and same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed due to immediate resource allocation and dispatch preparation.
